Announcing our new website
Hi to all,
we wish to thank all the Kickstarter supporters, the media, fans, friends and family for all your dedicated support of our documentary, Steve White Painting the World with Music.
We are proud to present the new website paintingtheworldwithmusic.com as we enter this new chapter in promoting the film.
On September 11th there will be a very special night of music and a screening of the documentary hosted by Joe Rathburn at Folkey Monkey (Click on the link for details) in Mission Valley.
Since the 1st Steve White Music & Art Festival I had to eat so I did several other video jobs like a documentary on the great Benny Golson who is still touring at the age of 84. Tom Zizzi and I shot the concert at SOKA University. And then I produced
an 80 minute tribute video honoring him and other jazz greats like Buster Williams, Bennie Moffin, Kenny Barron, Karrin Allyson, Peter Sprague.
I also produced a video for a high end audio show called
The SHOW Newport. www.theshownewport.com where audiophiles come from all over the world to check out new equipment. There is an exotic car show, wine tasting and daily and nightly concerts with people like Mike Garson of David Bowie fame,
And then just a few weeks ago during Comicon in San Diego, Erik Swanson, Alda and I went to the red carpet to shoot and produce a video for visitscotland.com. I interviewed all the stars, writers and producers of the show and then put together a video for youtube.
It was quite an experience we’ll never forget.
