Nominated Best Documentary Feature

Greetings to you all. Hope you had a wonderful Valentines Day and winter is being good to you.

This just in as of Saturday night:

Steve White Painting the World with Music was just nominated for Best Feature Film Documentary

in the 2016 San Diego Film Awards taking place on April 3rd at the Music Box

in San Diego. Thanks to Jodi Cilley for her dedication in supporting filmmakers in San Diego with her

San Diego Film Consortium and her film festivals througout the year.

As you may know this has been a seven year journey so far. And

we are truly honored to be nominated for this award in the name of Steve White.

He wowed us as a one man band. Like Kevin Rones a local musician says when he

first met Steve, "there was so much sound coming out of the guy." And he painted the world

not only with his music but with a fine art paintbrush of pastel art. If you wish to purchase the

documentary it's available here on the home page. If you want a regular dvd

just leave me a message on the contact page and I'll get back to you asap.

Tom Zizzi and I went to NAMM in January and met with some music manufacturers

and distributors. Hopefully we will be able to secure some support in getting this documentary

out to the masses very soon. We hope to have it available as a dvd on Create Space and

I tunes or Amazon. I'm working diligently to make that happen soon. We will keep you posted.

Heres a quick clip from Udo Rösner and bassist Jan Olof-Strandberg at the AER booth at NAMM.

Unfortunately, due to logistics, there will not be a Steve White Music & Art Festival this year.

We hope to have it again next year and hope to bring in some international musicians if all goes

according to plan. Stay tuned.
